Robert Henry President   Robert grew up in Tucson, Arizona and studied Architectural design and Construction Management at Eastern Arizona College.   Robert, his wife Donna and daughter Olivia chose to move to Spokane because of the family atmosphere and their belief that Spokane has tremendous opportunities!   R&D Construction was recently featured in "Spokane Catalyst" magazine as on of Spokane's top 20 rising stars!   When interviewed, Robert Henry attributed the growth of the company to his determination to hire only the best, and provide clients with the best quality and value for their hard earned dollar!    Please take a moment to get to know the R&D team:
	Donna Auclair-Henry The "D" of R&D Construction   "Initially, when we started R&D Construction, my role was answering phones, scheduling and accounting.  My husband is extremely driven and dedicated to quality and professionalism, as a result, our business has grown tremendously.  It quickly became necessary to bing on staff to handle those tasks.  We're really fortunate to have a great team of professionals working with us!   My role now is to find properties to develop.  I earned my real estate license in 2005 and I now enjoy helping people find their dream homes!  Sometimes it may not make financial sense to build an addition or wait to have a custom home built.  I can often find an existing home that best suits our client's needs!  Best of all, it costs nothing for me to find them a home!   Visit my site at:   www.Donna_sells_spokane.com
	Amy Fountain Office Manager   With experience in Engineering, Architecture and Business Management, Amy's contribution to the team is invaluable.  Amy provides R&D's employees, sub-contractors and suppliers with detailed instructions for each job.    Communication is they key to success for any project, there are hundreds of instructions and details that must be communicated to and from the client and and subs.     Amy does a great job of keeping everyone organized and on their toes!
	Robert McAlerney Project Development   If you're looking for an in-home consultation with R&D Construction, you'll be pleasantly surprised when a knowledgeable and courteous professional arrives at your doorstep - on time!   Robert studied business management at S.C.C. and has a background in construction.  After visiting with a prospective client, asking detailed questions and taking photos of the existing conditions, Robert then takes his notes back to R&D's office to review with Robert Henry as well as our subs (R&D holds meetings twice a week with subs and suppliers to review upcoming projects).  We spend a considerable amount of time preparing proposals.  By doing so, we are able to offer our prospective clients accurate pricing that we can stand by.   Our proposal may not be the "lowest price"; however, it will be the most accurate.  We'd rather our clients have a realistic expectation of costs rather than a "ball-park guess-timate".
	Cody Dutson Project Manager   Cody and Robert Henry met while working together for a commercial construction firm.  They then moved together to a residential construction and remodeling company.     Shortly after Robert started R&D Construction, Cody joined the R&D team. At any given time, R&D may be working on a dozen or more projects.   Having worked side-by-side with Robert, Cody understands and implements R&D's demanding quality standards.  Whether he is operating an excavator or complicated computer scheduling software, Cody utilizes any tools necessary to ensure premium quality and efficiency.
	Don Chapman Superintendent   With 20 years of experience as a finish carpenter, Don Chapman brings an experienced eye and attention to detail to our projects.  Don manages the final touches and works closely with our sub-contractors to ensure that our clients enjoy only the best quality and workmanship.   Our clients love working with Don because he genuinely cares about their concerns.  Don takes pride in providing the best quality finished product to our clients.   Don has been instrumental in the growth of several well known large scale construction companies.   Our clients are fortunate to have Don's experience and the benefit of  his long-standing relationships with reputable sub contractors and suppliers.
	Donnie Scribner Carpenter Apprentice   Donnie is our youngest and most recent addition to R&D Construction.  Clients are already commenting on what a remarkable asset he is to our team.   Donnie is currently completing a Construction certification program.   R&D Construction has extraordinarily high standards for prospective team members.   R&D's owners will not hire anyone that we're not willing to have unattended in our own home and around our children.    We're all proud of Donnie's desire for quality,work ethic, and his eagerness to learn!
